Palm Beach County Women’s Golf Association Tournament Schedules
The 2024 season event details as known to date are listed under the 2024 Tournament Schedule. The online sign-up program will be slightly modified to allow for the finalization of each event as the dates draw near.
This summer we are hosting tournaments from May to October at some of the county’s premiere courses. Each summer we play different Palm Beach County courses and most of our events will have 3 – 6 flights. The number of participants will be determined by each Golf Club.
WE WILL BE USING AN ONLINE SIGN UP PROGRAM. Below is the short version of what you can expect when you sign up for a tournament:
- A minimum of 14 days prior to an event all registered PBCWGA members will receive an email that will contain an “Invitation to play.” If the player chooses “ATTEND” they will be brought to a payment page where they will provide their credit card payment information.
- The night before the tournament the player will receive an email reminding them of their entry and will include the start time, and other details as necessary.
- Please note that each tournament will have a registration open and close date that will allow everyone the same amount of time to register for an event. Registration for any tournament must occur within the registration window or until it is full (when a waiting list will form).
- Event registration will close 7 days prior to event date. All cancellations made prior to the closing date will have a $10 cancellation fee. All cancellations received within the 7 days will not receive a refund.
